HR Manager in Fashion Mat Cover (1 year) Imm Start London Up to £60,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join this internationally recognised luxury brand to cover a maternity leave position. You will take the lead in providing HR Generalist advice within one of the fastest paced environments and assist in building and leading the strategic relationship with their stores. What they need: A strong generalist with proven HR experience gained within a Fashion/Retail environment. Good leadership skills with credibility and gravitas to deal with demanding stakeholders. Comprehensive exposure of managing sensitive HR situations and employee relations. You will be working in a European role so a European language is an asset to work for this well-known fashion brand with offices across the globe. About the role: This is an expanding international business with growth planned to open new stores and therefore there will be an opportunity to participate and facilitate these. Working with managers you will advise them in terms of performance management and the appropriate steps and effective plans to implement including developmental plans and training as needed.
