Your consultant will work with you to design the best campaign to acquire top talent for your organisation. This means that each role and/or assignment is specific to your organisation and your consultant acts as an extension of your business to achieve a successful completion.
After taking the mandate and gaining a full understanding of the role, responsibilities, reporting lines, experience and key skills required. Chamberlain Beaumont will put together a list of potential candidates. These candidates will then be approached and an initial assessment made as to their suitability, availability and salary expectations. Following this initial exercise, we will then carry out an in-depth face-to-face interview with the most relevant candidates.
All of our Consultants have been trained in interview techniques (including competency based interviewing) and will ensure that we gain a full picture of the candidates’ strengths, weaknesses, career aspirations and motivations. Chamberlain Beaumont can also organise to carry out psychometric and personality testing and undertake full assessment centres if required. Initial reference checks can also be sought.
