Quality Support Officer Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Officer to join a nationwide training organisation that is implementing and delivering the Flexible New Deal. The position will be based in the Midlands with travel across the Region. Benefits include 25 days holiday, Pension scheme, HSA healthcare benefits. Supporting the Contract Team, Business Managers and Director of Contracts your duties will include: • Designing and maintaining appropriate quality systems for use in finance controls, quality controls and HR. • Ensure systems comply with all partner body standards such as JCP, FAM, KSC, Ofsted, ISO etc • Produce new policies and procedures which are “user friendly” • Plan carry out and report on internal audits. • Provide ongoing help and support to staff. The ideal candidate will have: • An understanding of LSC and Job Centre Plus contractual requirements" excellent interpersonal, • Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
