Recruitment Officer x 2 Central London, £30,000 - £32,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest professional services firms in the UK. They are currently looking for 2 strong recruitment officers to join their exciting and diverse in house recruitment team. Responsibilities will include: Recruitment for large numbers across Corporate Finance or Consultancy Managing the end to end recruitment process Working directly with partners to advise on recruitment strategies Focus on direct recruitments and build a core candidate pipeline Develop resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies. Managing all relationships and input from 3rd party’s Liaising with HR regarding recruitment related issues and retention. The ideal candidate will have: In house recruitment experience Experience of senior level hires including IT consultancy Solid direct resourcing experience The ability to liaise with key stakeholders and partners Have worked to strict KPI’s Interim Alliance & Chamberlain Beaumont London Ltd are employment businesses for Interim, Contract and Temporary recruitment.
