HR Manager, Central London, £35,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Fitness Lifestyle company based in London as their HR Manager. The primary function of the position is to act as the first point of contact for the whole group and offer a full generalist remit serving the UK and Guernsey employee base. This role will include • All HR Generalist tasks, including ER and performance management , recruitment and HR related projects • Compensation and benefits • Learning and development, including creating an annual training plan and delivering HR training • HR administration including contracts, employee hand books, annual sickness and all other administration tasks. To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record in HR, be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience, be able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment and have a very ‘hands on approach’.
