IAG (Advice & Guidance) Programme Manager, London & South East, Salary Negotiable We are currently recruiting an IAG (Advice & Guidance) Programme Manager to join an existing team with a leading training provider. This role is based across London and the South East. This role will involve: " Designing and implementing the training programme for all advisors within the organisation " Delivering advice and guidance NVQs at level 2, 3, and 4 " Managing a caseload of learners and supporting them throughout their NVQ " Motivate / drive learners to achieve results in line with agreed targets and deadlines " Review learners performance in accordance with guidelines " Plan the assessment process with learners You will need to have the A1 or D32/33 qualification and the NVQ in IAG Level 3+4 as well as some occupational competence.
