Head of Human Resources in Fashion £70,000 London This classically elegant Fashion house with an international reputation is seeking a Head of Human Resources. You will be responsible for implementing successful HR strategies and tactics that maximise the group's potential and profitability and provide operational leadership to the HR and Pay and Benefits team. Reporting directly to the CEO with continuous interaction with the rest of the Senior Management team this opportunity offers senior level exposure and visibility across the Group. You will be working with the business on strategic and day to day issues taking the opportunity to actively influence and win support for the development of the HR strategy and business. This role has an operational focus and will suit a pragmatic HR professional who is used to dealing with the transactional side of human resources with a hands on approach. Key Knowledge and experience You will have proven ability to lead and develop HR strategy and operations gained in a multi fashion retail site and as the successful candidate you will develop and implement pragmatic, high level and innovative HR, L&D and Pay and reward solutions. You will be involved in transforming and changing the business and leading programmes for senior development, talent management and succession planning.
