HR Manager 1 year Maternity Cover Immediate Start London Our client is a luxury global brand and they are seeking an HR Manager with a strong retail HR operational background to assist in building and leading the strategic relationship with their stores. This is an expanding international business with growth planned to open new stores and therefore there will be an opportunity to participate and facilitate these. Working with managers you will advise them in terms of performance management and the appropriate steps and effective plans to implement including developmental plans and training as needed. You will be providing coaching and advice to individuals on issues within the business, resolving conflicts, contributing to performance improvement whilst ensuring that this is compliant with their policies. This role reports into the Director of European HR and you will be providing ideas in terms of improving processes and best practice. To be successful in this role you will need: Proven HR experience gained within a Luxury Retail environment Good leadership skills with credibility and gravitas to deal with stakeholders Comprehensive exposure of managing sensitive HR situations and employee relations Drive, energy and enthusiasm coupled with strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills and a resilient and calm approach We thank you for taking the time to send us your cv and regret that due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted
