European Resourcing Manager London/International £45,000 Our client, a global Luxury brand, are seeking a Resourcing Manager with French, Italian, German or Spanish language skills. This role will support the HR team for Europe and essentially enhance the brand in the region to ensure that they attract the necessary talent to take the business forward. You will be act as the ambassador for the brand assisting in: Recruiting high calibre candidates for Europe Supporting the management of the PSL and appropriate headhunting Managing the interns Assisting with the e-recruitment system and analysing and monitoring monthly statistics and reports Experience of managing assessment centres with regards to volume recruitment You will need experience in: Managing the entire recruitment process Recruiting using innovative social media solutions Proven focus in Resourcing and using an on-line recruitment portal Strong stakeholder management First class administration and communication skills A “can do” approach We thank you for taking the time to send us your cv and regret that due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted
