HR REWARD ADVISOR London based Perm Salary £30k - £35k pa Working to support the Senior Reward Manager of a global professional services firm, through the provision of management reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial and HR data and assisting with the compensation and benefits processes. Applicants for this role will need to possess excellent academic credentials (degree calibre); previous experience working in the comps/benefits field and very strong management reporting skills, but you will also be an excellent communicator, strong team player. You'll naturally be highly numerate, and with advanced Excel skills. Experience in a banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred and ideally CIPD qualified.
