Recruitment Administrator London 6 month contract Up to £25,000 This is a 6 month contract based in Canary Wharf for a recruitment administrator. Supporting a dynamic and busy recruitment team, you will manage and co-ordinate all recruitment admin duties including; Provide full secretarial support to HR team Co-ordinate the group and individual diaries, using an electronic calendar system. Co-ordinate and arrange meetings, teleconferences, booking rooms, ordering transport etc. Book meeting rooms, travel and arrange accommodation / conferences / seminars for team. Arrange payment of subscriptions, invoices, flights and follow up on queries Records management and archiving. Supporting the recruitment team: Prepare Offer, Contract, New Hire and Induction packs. Manage relationship with external Referencing company for all new hires and track process. You must have; Requirements Demonstrable administration experience is critical for this position. Experience within a recruitment environment is advantageous. High level of both written and verbal communication. Excellent administrative and organisation skills & attention to detail Ability to prioritise well and escalate issues when necessary Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with people at different levels of the organisation Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to take initiative, prioritise and work independently “We thank you for taking the time to send us your cv and regret that due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted”
