SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER £85,000 - £100,000 p.a Based South London Our client is seeking an experience Senior Change Manager to join their newly established Project Management Office. The aim of this division is to drive effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value to the company. At the same time it will remain aligned to organizational strategy, especially regarding globalization and transformation The current service division includes IT Services, Procurement, Core Business Services Enablement and Core Business Services Global Shared Services. It also supports the People, Finance and Operations functions. A new team is being established) which will provide specialist support services - PMO, Change Management and Project Reporting to both transformations and the Global Firm Wide Initiatives. As the Senior Change Manager within the new division you will work closely with Project Teams and Project Leaders to ensure the organization is adequately prepared for the people and change aspects of transformation. You will be the “Go To Person” for all change initiatives within the project and be responsible for the identification of change impacts and determining what change initiatives are required on project. Objectives • During the transition phase, introduce plans and strategies to ensure that the change is sustained • Upon the completion of a communication or stakeholder management program, evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify any further issues that need addressing • Ensure quality of all program-related communication documents • Develop the overall vision and change management strategy for the Companies Transformation Projects, • Team with the different project work streams and functional areas to identify change agents, and implement change management approaches • Manage a virtual team of Area/Sub Area change consultants who will each lead and co-ordinate the assessment and impact of proposed changes Requirements • Senior level manager with 10 years of proven change management experience • Proven track record developing change management capabilities • Previous experience leading and managing process and cultural change initiatives • Ability to manage the rational, logical and political aspects of change initiatives such as this one • Strong project management experience • Ability to build and maintain relationship across many different functional lines and many levels within the organization We thank you for taking the time to send us your cv and regret that due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted.
