SENIOR MANAGER £85,000 - £100,000 Based South London Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join their newly established Project Management Office. The aim of this division is to drive effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value to the company. At the same time it will remain aligned to organizational strategy, especially regarding globalization and transformation The current service division includes IT Services, Procurement, Core Business Services Enablement and Core Business Services Global Shared Services. It also supports the People, Finance and Operations functions. A new team is being established which will provide specialist support services - PMO, Change Management and Project Reporting to both transformations and the Global Firm Wide Initiatives. Objectives • Develop program management definition & value proposition document Assess current PMO practices and determine the appropriate methodology to be used consistently across the projects • Establish relationships with the Directors to achieve learning and consistency in the deployment of PMO approaches, methods and toolsets • Develop a master program schedule • Develop issue, risk, scope change and decision management tools and processes • Develop appropriate reporting mechanisms - consistent and rolled up project status reporting templates for key projects Requirements • Professional Services Experience • Expert understanding of Project Management Offices (PMO) methods • Senior Manager level consultant who has 5- 7 years of experience running complex (multi work stream, multi country) Project Management Offices (PMOs) • Experience running all PMO streams, from project status reporting to benefits realization • Ability to bring innovation and new ideas to the management of complex projects
