Employment, Skills and Training
- including Welfare to Work
Chamberlain Beaumont has a specialist team providing Welfare to Work & Vocational Learning professionals. Our Learning and Development team started out as an extension of our HR Division. One of Chamberlain Beaumont’s strengths is the ability to adapt and grow in line with our clients’ needs. As new training companies began to emerge and clients began to place more emphasis on staff development, we realised there was a need for a new division in its own right.
Since that time, 9 years ago, the market has changed significantly in the political and economic arena. As a result this has meant that as a recruitment partner with in-depth market knowledge, we have been able to anticipate and interpret the changes allowing us to assist organisations by providing talent with the necessary skills and capabilities to meet their demands.
Organisations have undergone huge transitions. It is important that we have been able to offer HR specialists to assist with TUPE, through to quality professionals and bid writing experts to implement key projects and drive performance.
