Our Terms of Business were last updated on 5th April 2004. These are in line with the new DTI regulations as set out in the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2004.

We have two sets Terms of Business. One is for the supplying of temporary staff, with Chamberlain Beaumont acting as an Employment Business and the other is for the introduction of permanent staff where Chamberlain Beaumont is acting as an Employment Agency.

As members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Chamberlain Beaumonts Terms of Business are all REC approved and support professional best recruitment practice.
