Our Training and Development team started out as an extension of our HR Division. One of Chamberlain Beaumont's strengths is the ability to adapt and grow in line with our clients needs. As new training companies began to emerge and clients began to place more emphasis on staff ment we realised there was a need for a new division in its own right. We are one of the few agencies that truly specialise in Vocational Learning and Development finding a niche in this market several years ago and consequently building an enviable reputation with clients who value our expertise and service ethos. We work across all sectors, ranging from global corporations through to local training charities and each consultant on our team manages both temporary and permanent recruitment which allows us to offer a complete recruitment service for each client.

Our focus is client satisfaction and to get this we emphasise relationship building with both clients and candidates alike. As our team have all worked within the training sector we understand the skills needed to be successful in this field. Our industry contacts and extensive database of candidates give us an overall view of the sector thus allowing us to predict and even pre-empt your next hire. It also allows us to act on a more consultative basis - from updating you on the latest legal issues to advising you on the current salary scale.

When a new client contacts us, our experienced consultants will first build a picture of the company's requirements. This is usually done by visiting them in situ to gain insight into the company culture and ethos but more importantly it lets you, the client, meet us so you know who you are dealing with. Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we can provide you with a selection of suitable CVs for each role. These candidates will have been interviewed by us in depth using a variety of screening methods which may include on line skills testing; written tests, personality profiling and competency based questioning. We offer a bespoke service to all of our clients and candidates alike and whatever your requirement we will offer support and advice throughout the whole recruitment process.
