Started her career in the Fashion industry and then the world of Fragrance and Beauty as a buyer at a renowned Brand. After deciding to take a complete new career direction she spent a few years working within the operations side of the recruitment world and then took the decision to start her own business delivering Training and IT solutions to the Recruitment sector. Whilst doing this she moved into IT & Operations working for a large Global Educational Recruitment Business. Additionally, she helped small start-up recruitment businesses setup their IT infrastructure and processes. In 2003, she joined Chamberlain Beaumont where initially she implemented a new IT system and processes and subsequently as one of the Directors moved into a client facing role. In 2012, her and her business partner, Gail Bell, carried out an MBO and have since taken the business in a HR focussed direction.
Gail started her career at the House of Commons with the Serjeant at Arms before moving into a career working in recruitment both as Operations Director and Managing Director. Gail worked as an Interim providing strategic advice to businesses as well as providing bespoke coaching, training and development.
She was fundamental in building up boutique businesses and her previous experience included working within the HR & Interim Management fields specialising in Human Resources and Finance as well as Executive Search and Selection.
Experienced in implementing strategies and building brands to maximise potential. A provider of innovative solutions to complex client assignments with a high degree of commercial acumen. Gail together with Kathryn bought the business in 2012 and transformed it to focus on HR to fit in with their strengths and provide a unique tailor made offering to customers.
